First of all, thankyou to everyone who has, at any stage, given us a suggestion about contests, or prizes.

As you all probably can tell, we're all about member participation.
So, we've asked and we will be continuing to ask what kind of contests you guys would like to participate in.

We also asked what kind of prizes you guys, the members, would like to see offered.
From your great feedback a new system has been born.

The system for awarding prizes is two fold.
Firstly, anyone who wins a competition gets a shiny next to their name on the member list.
2nd place gets a
Sound a bit kindergartenish? It gets better.
First person to be awarded 10 stars wins the "Uber Surprise of Harry Potter Goodness"
(hint, it comes from Alivans)

Secondly, anyone who wins a contest gets to request a piece of art from a member of the Art Request Team.

The Art Request Team is will be comprised of members who are willing to offer their time and their skills as prizes.
If you would like to be a member of the Art Request Team please send a note titled "Art Request" to the club for more details as some rules do apply.

As an added 'thankyou' for being part of the Team, all prize art will be displayed in the Potterart gallery.
Thats right, in the gallery itself where it will be proudly displayed to visitor and member alike.
It will also appear on its corresponding monthly submissions list.

And thats it.
Questions are welcomed, however, please take the time to read this through at least once.
I know its so tempting to just skim read it but please don't.
Remember, everytime you ask a question that was already answered in the body of the journal, an admin looses her wings.
